Terms and Conditions

• CLIENT shall make a $50 (fifty-dollar) non-refundable deposit to hold their session date/time and to retain the PHOTOGRAPHER to perform the services specified with their session purchase. 

•The deposit is non-refundable if CLIENT cancels session.  However, the deposit can be put towards a future session used within the calendar year of initial purchased session date.

• On the date and time that the session is scheduled, CLIENT will pay in full the total balance of the session. The non-refundable $50 deposit will go towards the total cost of the package purchased.

•If CLIENT refuses to pay or cannot pay the session total on the day of the session, CLIENT shall not receive their photographs until the full amount is paid.

•CLIENT has the option of purchasing extra images from their session for an addition cost.

•For virtual newborn sessions, PHOTOGRAPHER is not responsible for taking the actual images and therefore will not be responsible for the quality of the images. PHOTOGRAPHER will however educate, assist and guide CLIENT virtually to help them to obtain the best quality images they can take. 

•PHOTOGRAPHER will deliver proofs of photos to CLIENT no more than thirty days (30 days) after the date of the session. CLIENT understands and agrees that proofs are the exclusive property of PHOTOGRAPHER and CLIENT has no rights to these photos except for a license to review them, but not to store the proofs or to share the proofs with anyone or on any social media outlets.

•PHOTOGRAPHER is responsible for editing images included in the purchased session package and any additional purchased images over the package cost total.

•PHOTOGRAPHER will return final high resolution edited images included in CLIENT'S package to CLIENT via instant download from a secured password contained link on website. 

•PHOTOGRAPHER will return final edited images to CLIENT within 3 weeks from the time CLIENT has selected their images.

•CLIENT has rights to the purchased images from their session package. It is requested by the PHOTOGRAPHER that images will not be altered in any way with PHOTOGRAPHERS name attached to images. Original edited images will be the only images shared on social media outlets with PHOTOGRAPHERS name given photo credits.

•CLIENT will give photo credits to Shannon Wilfong Photography when sharing ANY images on social media platforms.

•CLIENT understands and agrees that PHOTOGRAPHER is not required to maintain copies of the photos from this shoot 90 (sixty) days after the photos have been delivered to CLIENT.
